There are photos and videos taken during the event, which are used for public relations. If you do not want to be filmed or photographed, please contact the camera and film team.
The event-related corona regulations have been repealed. If the statutory provisions change by then, this regulation can be adjusted if necessary.
Hygiene Concept
The event-related Corona regulations have been lifted. There are no longer any restrictions for guests (zero G). Wearing a mask is recommended but not mandatory. If the situation changes and Potsdam is declared a hotspot region, we will adjust the hygiene regulations accordingly.
In case the regulations change again, we have a carefully prepared hygiene concept so that you can enjoy the University Ball safely and without worries. You will find a brief summary of the most important information and constantly updated rules here.
Please make sure that you are symptom-free at the time of your visit.

Binding hygiene rules
Only guests who are symptom-free and have had no contact with Covid-19 cases can attend the University Ball.
With the purchase of the admission ticket, you declare your agreement to the above rules. Their compliance is a condition of your visit.
